What we collect
The booking and contact forms collect the details you type: name, contact information, and anything you write in the message box. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data.
How it is used
Form submissions go to our front desk to arrange your appointment. Health information you share is handled under HIPAA the same way it would be if you told us on the phone.
