A small practice that grew carefully
Dr. Priya Raman opened Larkspur in 2014 with one chair, one hygienist, and a rule: nobody leaves without understanding what was done and why. Two studios later, the rule still holds.
Why we do it this way
Most people's bad dental memories are not about pain. They are about being rushed, talked over, or handed a bill that was never explained. We built the practice around removing those three things.
Appointments are booked with enough time that you are not waiting and we are not rushing. Every finding is shown to you on a screen before it is discussed. And every treatment plan comes with a written cost before you agree to anything.
What we invest in
Digital scanners instead of impression putty. Low-dose X-ray sensors. A 3D cone-beam scanner at the Mueller studio for planning implants. An in-house lab technician who colour-matches veneers in the same building. None of it is for show. Each one shortens a visit or improves a result.
Giving back
One Friday a month, both studios run a free clinic for Austin residents without coverage, in partnership with the Capital Area Dental Foundation. Ask at the front desk if you or someone you know would benefit.
